This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will and will not be issued for classes at Shooting Stars:

1. **Non-Attendance**: Refunds will not be issued if a participant does not attend a scheduled class.

2. **Unscheduled Cancellation by Site Staff**: Refunds will not be provided if the class is canceled by the site staff for any reason.

3. **School, Site, or Field Closure**: Refunds will not be issued if the closure is due to reasons such as natural disasters, government emergencies, health crises, or force major events.

4. **Voluntary Withdrawal**: If a parent decides to withdraw a child from enrollment, a refund will be issued for the remaining sessions, except under the circumstances mentioned above.

5. **Non-Refundable Fees**: The annual registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

This policy provides clarity on the situations in which refunds will not be issued and the exceptions to those conditions.
